Shipping

We will do everything we can to ensure that your lolly box is delivered on time for you to enjoy. To ensure you get your box when you want it all orders must be placed 48hrs before intended delivery date to allow for packaging and shipping.


Sweet Disposition delivers to the following regions

  • Local (Within 10km of Frankston) - Free

  • Greater Melbourne Metro - $9.95

  • Regional Victoria / Interstate - $24.95

Sweet Disposition uses ExpressPost to deliver to Regional Victoria / Interstate and as such we can only send our lolly boxes. Unfortunately our savoury boxes are not suitable to ship in this way.

Interstate customers are encouraged to contact Sweet Disposition to discuss any orders. Our website will not currently accept orders from outside Victoria through the online ordering system.

We of course intend for your boxes to be delivered to you in the condition they leave us. Deliveries to our Local and Greater Melbourne Metro regions are hand delivered by Sweet Disposition. However due to the use of a third party courier (ExpressPost) when shipping to Regional Victoria / Interstate we can not fully control how our boxes are handled. When shipped our lolly boxes will be secured inside a shipping box and padded with insulation to ensure our product gets to you in the condition we sent it. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your lolly box upon delivery please contact us.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

We do not provide refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered to you. If your product arrives in a condition that differs from what is advertised then please contact us.  

The following are timeframes we allow for order cancellation (calculated from delivery date)

  • Local (Within 10km of Frankston) - 24hrs

  • Greater Melbourne Metro - 2 days

  • Regional Victoria / Interstate - 3 days 

Our product contains perishable items and as such we can not accept returns if your order has been successfully delivered to you.

FAQ

COVID-19

We are currently operational during this time however due to the current government restrictions we can not guarantee that our orders will arrive on time due to shipping delays related to COVID-19.

Can I place a special order?

If you would like a custom lolly box please contact us directly via contact@sweetdisposition.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you deliver or can I pick up?

Yes, our delivery options are outlined above in the shipping section. Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option.
